>BANGLADESH authorities have arrested a Bangladeshi man work for an American labor rights watchdog for allegedly inciting protests by textile workers in violation of emergency rules, the Associated Press reported quoting a police official.
Mehedi Hasan, a field investigator for the Washington, D.C.-based Worker Rights Consortium, was arrested on Saturday at Dhaka’s Zia International Airport as he was about to board a flight to Bangkok, said the police official who is involved in Hasan’s interrogation.
